dirty skin on the scalp. Washing the scalp daily with soap and water will
help most cases. You can also brush the scalp with a soft baby brush or
toothbrush. Sometimes rubbing a little mineral oil into the scalp before a
shampoo can help this condition.

My little baby have scaling skin on her head? i have tried soap and brush to remove it but it is not removed at all. Please suggest something more effective to remove this scaling.
